The Palouse Mall Office is located at the east end of the mall. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.  If you wish to speak with the Marketing Director, Baret Ludiker, her office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. 

Wheelchairs are available for customer convenience at no charge.  If you require the use of a wheelchair after mall office hours, please contact mall security at 208-883-4014. There are a limited number of wheelchairs, so you may want to call ahead and have one held for you.

The Palouse Mall offers mall-wide gift cards.  They can be purchased in the mall office during office hours, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.  Gift cards may be purchased in any amount from $10-$500.  There is a $1.00 one-time fee per card purchased.  You may also order gift cards by phone using your debit or credit card by calling the mall office at 208-882-8893 Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm.
